Update: After some constructive communication; via emails and phone calls. Nature's Gallery Florist made it RIGHT! My mother received a beautiful terrarium, with colorful, lively looking cacti! This presentation was picture perfect. No one can be perfect all the time, but i want to thank Nature's Gallery Florist for being willing to make it right. I will definitely us them again. Initial Review: This was my first time using your florist, and i have to say, i am very disappointed in what my mother received today. Your picture on the website showed this beautiful round terrarium, with an amazing presentation; which i felt was well worth the $85. However, what arrived was significantly less than! It looks like a chemistry container someone crammed so succulents in, and hoped nobody would care, not so. I mean someone could have gone to the Dollar tree and got a nicer container. For a total of approx. $115 I definitely expected something far better than what was received.

Ordered the succulent terrarium as a living memorial and it was beautiful. The follow up, asking for input in the presentation, was a welcome change from the usual picking of an option on a generic website and hoping for the best. I really appreciate the personal touch and will be using Nature's Gallery whenever possible in the future.
