Flowers were delightful and made our daughter very happy. We were surprised to be charged a delivery fee of $15, understood delivery to be free in centre city. ---- Florist's Response: We are so glad that the flowers made your daughter happy! As for delivery, it is clearly stated on the website and again when you check out. Please understand that our delivery crew needs to be paid as well.
