I subsequently received a phone call from the florist, suggesting they could improve upon what I ordered by changing to white roses and other enhancements . I asked what it would cost and they responded no extra cost. They acknowledged I was a long time customer and they appreciated my business. My wife was so happy to see this beautiful arrangement.
